Ceremony music

One of the first things you need to do when planning which music to use is check with your ceremony location for any restrictions. This is especially the case in religious ceremonies if you are choosing non-sacred songs.

If you are getting married in a church, there is often an organist who can play at your wedding. Some other options include hiring a vocalist, trumpeter, violinist, flutist or harpist to play with the organist or alone. Some people also hire brass quintets, string quartets or woodwind trios. Whoever you choose should be experienced at performing at wedding ceremonies.
